. o p a t . has been such an important part of my life for nearly 4 years now, and i have truly enjoyed sharing my virtual inspiration board with you. i have the most wonderful, creative, thoughtful and kind readers, and i could never fully express how grateful i've been for your support. the time has come, though, for me to jump feet first into other creative and professional endeavors.

this blog has been instrumental in the maturity and refinement of my personal aesthetic, and has helped me to nurture the  fortitude to take it one step further, beyond the page and into a tangible enterprise.

 i will miss this space and sharing it with you, but i do hope you'll wish me well.

I starting reading and then realized..oh no...I think I know where this is going. Your blog has been one of my favourites so I'll miss it. However, with an eye like yours I'm sure many wonderful things lie ahead for you outside of the blogosphere! Wishing you all the best.

this is going to be a huge post, but i can't help but post a gazillion pics of what i find to be some of the most amazing handcrafted furniture i've ever seen. palo samko is based in brooklyn, and that's about all i know, except to say that he has phenomenal woodworking skills! the designs and the attention to detail are just so, so beautiful ~ my jaw quite literally dropped with every click through the slideshow! enjoy! {via roadside scholar }
